What the Circle Is
Sheffield Women’s Leadership Circle is a free monthly space where women from across the city share practical tools, honest stories, and peer support around leadership.
We bring together women from sectors like health, tech, finance, education, the arts and the third sector to learn from each other and grow in community.
Why sponsorship matters
We keep the Circle free and accessible so women at all stages of their careers can take part, not just those whose employers can pay for leadership programmes. To do that sustainably, we’re inviting a small number of local partners to underwrite our basic costs so we can focus on running high‑quality, welcoming sessions.
Your sponsorship directly funds the things that make the Circle work in practice:
- Venue hire
- Tea, coffee, and refreshments
- Accessibility support (e.g. travel bursaries or adjustments, where needed)
Who you’ll reach
By sponsoring the Circle you’re connecting with:
- Women in early, mid and senior leadership roles across Sheffield
- Professionals from NHS, digital/tech, finance, education, local government, charities and more
- A growing community on our email list and LinkedIn who care about inclusive, sustainable leadership
This is a focused, local audience of women who lead teams, manage budgets, influence decisions – and notice which organisations visibly back them.
Our goal is to secure 2–3 partners this year to cover our core running costs so the Circle can stay free for women who need it most.
Sponsorship Options
Annual Circle Partner – £1,500
- Underwrites venue and refreshments for several Circle sessions
- Logo and “Proud Partner” credit on the Circle website and event listings
- Verbal thanks at every Circle session
- Tag and thank‑you post on LinkedIn at the start of the partnership and mid‑year
- Unlimited attendance at regular Circle sessions for your colleagues as part of their development
- Option for one tailored in‑house workshop on women’s leadership or sustainable leadership for your team during the year
Session Sponsor – £250 per Circle
- Funds venue and refreshments for one Circle session
- Logo on that event’s promotional materials
- Verbal thanks at the start and end of the sponsored session
- Tag and thank‑you post on LinkedIn after the event
Supporter – from £150
- Helps cover partial costs for a session (venue or refreshments, website and tools)
- Name listed as a supporter on the website
- Group thank‑you in our end‑of‑year communication
